Nalin Singh: Managing Director

Nalin is the Chief Executive Officer of IndiaTales Media Pte Ltd, an integrated entertainment and film production company. He also currently serves as the Director-India of Pay Asia Pte Ltd, a business and HR process outsourcing company headquartered in Singapore.

Prior to serving in his current roles, Nalin worked at Convergys as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific and later as a Vice President of Global Operations. Following these roles and a stint in the U.S., Nalin returned to India to work on his current projects and embrace his passion for art, writing and a desire to help create a modern and distinct identity for Indians.

Nalin currently serves on the advisory boards of Human Resources Outsourcing Asia, a trade organization and Outsouring2Asia and Outsourcing2India, both magazines managed by MMG publications. He is also the author of two books “Clairvoyance – Sixth Sense for A Global Career” and “Manikantan: A Mural Journey”. Nalin has won various awards including the #1 HR BPO provider in Asia Pac from Human Resource Magazine and the 2007 Global HRO Excellence Award by IQPC.

Nalin currently resides in Bangalore with his wife Aparna and their two children – Animay and Avanti.

Sunil Girdhar: Group Managing Director

Sunil Girdhar is the Group Managing Director of Pay Asia, covering Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Dubai.

Prior to Pay Asia, Sunil was a Senior Director of Operations at Convergys Employee Care, where he was responsible for managing Delivery Centers in South Asia. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager with Accenture responsible for growth and operations of their premium telecommunications client. Sunil also resided in the UK and then was the General Manager of Genisys Software where he was responsible for delivery and growth of their Financial Services and Supply Chain clients.

He has an overall experience of 23 years largely covering Project Management, Application Management, IT offshoring, Business Process Re-engineering and Managing Offshore Centers. He has 7 years history in the global HR & Payroll outsourcing industry and importantly for our Pay Asia clients a distinguished track record in software development and IT directorship.

Sunil has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from University of Delhi, India.
